Our Policy: We are a style and design to your custom ideas. You can reach is by phone, email or social media. We invoice every order via Sqaure; which can be delivered through cell phones, emails, and print. All custom designs for party favors, decor and print services includes $25.00 additional design fee. Gift designs has No design fees up to 10 gifts, however, only allows up to two changes. We cannot start any gift design, custom design, or print design without a payment in full. Print services can have up to 3 changes without fee. Four or more changes require a fee of an additional $10.00 each change (including letters, words, fonts, symbols, photos). This do not include any common misspelled wording. Our balloons and events, that requires setup are paid in full before any work starts the day of the event. Fund raisers and groups over 50ct., prices may be negotiated based on theme, quantity, services, and availability. You will be required to pay the design fee and delivery charge. Payment must be paid in full before any services are rendered. All events have an additional fee of $0.56 per mile up to 50 miles locally. Any deliveries over 50 miles will be shipped. The shipping cost is be based on USPS rates.

Cancellations: Events/Backdrops/ Balloons-Any cancellations within 24 hours are guaranteed full refund. Any Cancellations after the 25–72-hour period will be charged the design fee.

Gift and Custom Orders: NO REFUNDS after 6 hours of purchase.
